How is everyone this morning? Anything good going on for you today?
I am awake, good, and our mainframe system is temporarily going down at 11 am for who knows how long, so I might have a lot of playtime here after lunch!
Went skating yesterday and did the full 6 miles and didn't fall once! **pats self on back** Today the H wants me to meet him at the tire shop after work to get my tires done, so that's about the biggest excitment for me today. Not looking forward to that cost but I know it needs to be done.

Re: What's good, Wednesday?
Holy crap! Six miles is insane! Good job!
- I had so much fun at my friend's birthday party last night, AND I didn't wake up with a hangover because of it!
- I really like my outfit today.
- I am going dancing with my friend tonight. We're taking a one hour salsa lesson, then a one hour bachata lesson, then it's open dancing after that. Plus the drinks are only $3, hehe.
Pi, thanks! No way could I do 6 miles of running at once but skating is a bit easier and the trail we use is shaded most of the way so that helps. Still, it does wear me out by the end!
yes, that is true. I have those stinkin' low profile tires on mine that are even more than regular ones, so I know it's gonna be in the $600 range and that's if they have the cheaper ones available. Suckage, but it's nice to have a working car that won't leave me stranded with a flat.
Woah, 6 miles is amazing! Go OPS!
Nothing too excited here, just the daily grind. We have a new employee here so it's changing the game a little bit.
Lunch is on the big boss man today! He's taking our entire division out to lunch for reaching a short term goal.
This evening I have to pack for [yet another] conference.
I'm trying to not be all wedding-crazy on here, but look at my siggy...I'm counting down!
Exciting! I hope you'll share some pictures and stories after the big day (or before, if you wish).
I'd be happy to!
