S/O mommy war book, a recommendation
I just finished reading Perfect Madness-Motherhood in the Age of Anxiety by Judith Warner. It is great even if you don't have kids. Discusses the current culture of overdoing it (helicopter parenting) and the stresses the mothers /women deal with today. Highly recommend it.
