Does anyone have recommendations on how to store papers and documents that are too big to put in a filing cabinet?
For example, I save all of the manuals of any appliance we purchase. I used to have them in an accordian file but now that is full. I also would like to file my taxes in a different way. I currently put each years' documents in a labeled folder. But now that I have 3 years, it's really bulking up my files.
Lastly, and probably the main reason for me wanting some recs, is I need to find the best way to store my notes from courses. I'm currently back in school and I like to save any documents from each class. I have a lot of my school work on my computer but these are things like labs, powerpoint presentations, graded assignments, etc. I sometimes reference previous classes' stuff so I don't want to get rid of them yet.
Thanks!
Re: Papers/Files storage recs?
My previous class work is stored in files in these:
They stack, which is really nice. I have them in my guest room closet and they don't take up too much space.
For the manuals, I would put each one into a sheet protector, and make a binder for all of them.
Taxes I can't help you with. I keep those in my big file cabinet separated by year.
