    I loved the Dixie Stampede.  It was a great way to spend the evening and a lot of fun even though we don't have kids.  If you haven't ever been to a Ripley's Believe it or Not i sis something fun to check out.  They have a couple of outlet malls that are pretty nice.  If you are going when it is warm their waterpark is also pretty fun.
