NDR: Anyone have a recipe that uses farmer's cheese?
DH and I bought some farmer's cheese (swedish, if that changes things) the other week and I have NO idea what to make with it.
If you have any recipes that use it, or any genius ideas, I'd love to hear 'em. Thanks!

Sirniki! It's one of the things I miss about living in Russia. Little bites of heaven.

This recipe says sour cream or jam. Rubbish. I never had them served that way in Russia - powdered sugar is where it's at.
Oooh. That looks really good. Since it's just H and I (and we only have a 1/2 pound of cheese), I'll halve the recipe and it'll be perfect!
