Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey!
I'm alive. Half the time that feels like an accomplishment in and of itself. Classes are kicking my moneymaker HARD... but the days in the classroom for field experience are awesome. I have four major projects, two final exams, two weeks of teaching, and my end of term evaluation to get through in the next three weeks so spare time is at a premium. Almost done though!
That being said, all of this work seems more than worth it when I am in the classroom with those kids. Eight hours with them flies by like nothing and I have yet to find a subject that isn't fun to teach them. If I can feel like that every day for the rest of my life I will happily endure another couple of semesters of craziness.
I have the month of May off before summer classes start so I hope to be around more then. I miss y'all!
