Poll: Random or Uniform (tile pattern)

H and I don't agree on how the tiles should be laid.  We are  considering a tile like the following:

 

I prefer the tiles to be laid where the "lines" are in one direction.  H wants it random.  WDYT?

With the movement in these tiles, I would say uniform. Can you lay them out on your floor and different patterns and let your H see how it would look in a random pattern?

I wouldn't do uniform.  I think if you did, it would look more like a solid surface such as linolium or something.  I'd lay it with the patterns going in random directions so the individual tiles are more obvious.

That decision i would have never even thought of!  Do the have pics of it laid?  I know mine is similar and we got it from HDepot and the show it laid out.
