Southern California Trip

Hi Everyone!
I need some suggestions for a SoCal trip I am taking next May (2013 - far away, I know)
I plan on flying into LAX, renting a car & staying in Santa Monica. My "must list" is: The Grove/Farmer's Market, Zuma Beach in Malibu, Driving along the PCH from Santa Monica to Huntington Beach area - Beverly Hills, Hollywood (those last 2 just for sight-seeing!)
Anyways, I would love some restaurant advice. My FI and I are really into organic and healthy food.
Also some suggestions for some cool places to shop, coffee shops, FroYo places, etc.
