Re: Kelly
Thanks, ladies. I just got back from the u/s with not so great news. All my OB could see in the sac was the very faint outline of "something." He said it's possible it's the beginning of an embryo, but it was so faint that it's also still possible that it's a blighted ovum. He told me to bring pads for the flight tomorrow because I could start bleeding at any time. He also said, though, that there's still hope and that if I haven't started bleeding in 2 weeks then I should see an OB in the US for another follow-up u/s to see what's going on.
So more limbo, leaning towards m/c. Right now I'm actually just feeling irrationally angry and have to be careful not to take it out on DH as we're very stressed with the packing anyway.
Thank you both for thinking of me. It means a lot.
No answer is a blessing and a curse. I'm so sorry that this is happening though. Especially with the crappy timing of it all.
The good news is that you are going home, for a very long time. I can't even begin to imagine how good it will be for your soul just to spend so much time with your family, and to have DD spend so much time with your family as well. Plus, you get to spend such a large amount of time with your DH, which will be such a change from him working so much. Five months of family, family, family! Hooray!
Have a safe and happy trip. I'll be thinking of you!

I'm so sorry you're in limbo still. I must've missed a post because I didn't realize what was going on.
Sending many vibes and hugs.
I join in the sentiment... Safe travels and lots of positive vibes!!!! I'm sorry about the timing but being close to your family will make it so much better, I'm sure.
