As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I saw in the below post that you have a Garmin footpod. I got one for Christmas and still have not started using it.
It didn't come with instructions etc. Was it easy to get started? I don't find Garmin products to be very user friendly, so I've been putting it off. lol.

This is the guide I used and it worked just fine! Mine didn't come with instructions either. Mine doesn't look like the model that's on the right in the picture either.
