Backsplash help, PIPs

Would you mind offering some opinions on backsplash?  I am almost finished with a kitchen remodel and am not very good at putting things together visually.  I'd like a more classic than trendy look, but I do like some of the glass tile options.  I'm leaning towards stone, but think I need to keep searching for the right one. Would you ladies choose any of the options below? Would you mind offering some suggestions? Thank you!

 Here is what we have so far- I am still waiting on chairs and window treatments.

(for option "E," I would choose the long stones on top- I prefer that look to the cubist style)

I'd go with B or C.  I like the idea of red but your cabinets already bring so much red in there that I think you need to break that up.  So I think pulling the neutral tan colors out of the countertops is the way to go.

I like B because I also like the glass tile look. It was expressed to me though on this board that the look will be "outdated" more quickly because its a trendy thing now. Not sure how quickly that would happen or if that is a concern for you.

I also like E. I think its a classic, timeless look.

I like the idea of E, but there is something about that particular tile color that doesn't work for me.

I vote for C of the choices available.  But I do think they're all SUPER trendy, so if classic was your goal, these choices miss the mark.

I'm not sold on any of them, but I like E best (particularly the subway shape on the top part).  If your goal is "not trendy," I don't think glass tile's a good option.  Stone is a lot less trendy.

For me, A & D are definite no. And I'm not a fan of how rustic looking E is. I like B and C the best. It's hard to tell, but is C more like a stone finish? Or a metallic finish? The way the light hits it almost makes it look metallic in the photo. If it is metallic my vote is for B. If it's C is more stone then my vote is for C.

Your input has been very helpful. I'm going to keep looking and will settle on something light and probably stone, or a stone/glass combo
