Can you help me decide which baking/cookie sheet?
I called CS at WS and they were not helpful at all (I think there have been posts about that recently). They almost seemed as if I was inconveniencing them with my question, so I will ask you helpful, nice Nesties. I am looking to replace my cookie sheets and am wanting to try the Goldtouch bakeware that everyone raves about. I usually make cookies frequently, probably what I bake the most, but sometimes I bake chicken breast, potato wedges or stuff from Schwans (egg rolls, curly/french fries) for a treat. I am not sure if I should just go with actual
cookies sheets since that is what I bake most often or should I go with
half or
quarter baking sheets. What would you recommend?
Re: Can you help me decide which baking/cookie sheet?
I have cookie sheets that I bought from Williams-Sonoma many moons ago. I don't even think they sell them any more! They are just heavy, metal pans, but they work well. These Goldtouch ones look quite fancy!
I try not to use my cookie sheets for anything other than cookies, but if you want them to be multipurpose, it sounds like a half or quarter baking sheet would work best!
I'd also love to hear if anyone has experience with these Goldtouch baking sheets
I am curious, but why?
Do you also use them for cookies or just frozen items?
Adventures in My Kitchen
Ditto. I use them for all my cookies, and I definitely enjoy having a baking sheet that's rimmed for other uses.
I just try to keep them looking nice! Plus my cookie sheets are not rimmed, so they are not as useful for other things.
