update (i'm just going to quote because i don't understand enough to paraphrase):
"pediatricians came by after sheet with nicu. her oxygen has been great since the two dips. it at 98%. still has sum fluid and she has til 215 to get that up or she'll g to nicu for a bit but she said its common and not to b too stressed. just glad her oxygen is good."
I don't understand this, but it sounds like she's improving. Vibes headed their way!
Interpretation: Allison still has some fluid in her lungs and the pediatrician will send her to the NICU for a little bit if she doesn't cough that fluid up soon. She has only had 2 dips in oxygen levels so that is good. It is common and not to be too worried about it.

Never mind just answered my own questions by reading further. It a common occurrence with c-sections b/c the baby doesn't go through labor and the birth canal were the fluid is "squeezed" out of the lungs. Hopefully she will get herself together soon. Even if she needs some support it shouldn't be long.
Hope mom and baby are doing better by now!!
