Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Food scale recs?
I have an OXO scale that has a pull out panel so that you can see it when you have something on there that would normally cover it up. I love that feature, and have been really happy with it overall.
I had a salter previously that I thought was great until it died. I like my oxo scale much better.
I have the same Oxo scale as bridesmom. I love it! It's the only one I've ever owned so I can't compare it to other ones, but I have no issues with it and would recommend it without reservations.
I have a WW brand one from when I attended meetings. I think any digital scale is helpful, as long as it has a tare function.
I use mine all the time. It's great for weighing flour when you bake - more accurate and fewer dirty measuring cups. :-)
