B: medium DD 1/2 decaf w/ cream, organic granola & 1/2 a banan in skim milk

L: PB&J on ww, a few multi grain pita chips (stacy's, love'em!!), 4 baby dill pickles, an apple or an orange

S: apple or orange (whichever I do not eat with lunch), non-fat blueberry greek yogurt

D: ?

E: none, resting my legs/body.  10-12 mile run tomorrow morning.

    L: Trader Joe's frozen baked Ziti. Fage Greek yogurt. I think it's strawberry.

    S2: 1/2 White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Clif Bar

    S3 (if needed): Other 1/2 of the Clif Bar

    E: None unless you count a little walking when shopping and running errands

    D: Either spinach, goat cheese and white bean lasagna w/ ww noodles OR out to Pei Wei (edamame, chicken teriyaki bowl w/ brown rice and light sauce), whichever DH would rather do

    L: out w/co-workers, probably salad w/grilled chicken and the most reasonable salad dressing option available
