Help with a frozen meal recipe for a friend recovering from surgery.
Good morning! I have a good friend recovering from surgery to remove a cancerous tumor and wanted to make her a nice freezer meal or two for her and her husband. She has no dietary restrictions but tends to prefer healthier options. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Hmmm what type of healthy eater is she? Low fat or whole foods?
Things like soups and then casseroles, lasagna, enchiladas can all be really easy to freeze.
