I can finally say ME! It's been a while
I'm running a Metric Marathon (26.2k, 16.3m). I'm still working on my endurance, so it won't be pretty. And 80's?!? Um, no thanks. Even though it isn't looking like it will be a great race for me, my kids will be doing the fun run and cheering me on at the finish. I can't wait for that!

Me! I'm doing a fun, small, local 5K. I was planning on a 10K this week, but decided to switch to a 5K because I'm dying to beat my last 5K time. This course is flat as a pancake, so we shall see!!

I wondered if you were going to be in town for it since you did the RnR last fall! It is a good race, you should do it next year!

I was thinking about it this year but since there was one closer to home I went with that. I will be at the RnR STL this year but I am not sure on if I will actually be racing! (surgery is in July and I do not know how I will be by Oct) I might just go and cheer you guys on.

3.2 for the 32 Run in Remembrance on VT's campus tomorrow.
*It's not actually a race, as there are no winners because of the lives lost and what these 3.2 miles represent. But I'll be pumping away out there, to prevail.

I'm racing too, a 10 miler. It's my last race for the spring (since I'll be OOT for a couple 13.1's I had wanted to do... booooo...) but I'm pretty excited about it. It's been two years since I've raced 10 miles, so I'm expecting a pretty big PR. I'm hoping the weather holds... I don't mind if it rains, but I hope the thunder/lightning hold off until after the race!

though i just realized i must have not been thinking when i registerd because my corral is based on my 5k pace, not my HM pace, which are, oh, a minute apart. oops.

I'm running a Cherry Blossom 5k in Philly on Sunday. Not sure what to expect since the forecast for Sunday is 80 and my allergies have been clobbering me this week. It will be a huge help if I'm able to breathe out of my nose by them.
