I made Klady's Garlic Lime Chicken with Chimichurri last night and it was amazing! DH kept referring to the Chimichurri as the chimichunga sauce...it was funny.

I love it when H isn't home and I can cook whatever I want. I had a few fish that I froze left over from ice fishing this year so I've baked a couple of them and pan cooked (I'm sure there's probably a technical term for it) the other on nights that he has been working.
Me too. I used to get a lot of alone cooking time, but he hasn't gone out of town in about 7 months now.

Homemade version of the Columbia restaurant's 1905 salad that I enjoyed in when I was in FL in February. The taste is so similar I have eaten it three times in ten days and have plans to make it again this weekend!
That chicken and artichokes in white wine sauce sounds amazing. I have a pasta addiction, its bad. I am always on the look out for different ways to have pasta with a variety of sauces and different meats (fish, shrimp, meatballs, etc.) This would be perfect over linguine I think!

My mom visited and she made a lot of dinners and it always tastes better when she makes them. She made my favorite, sweet and sour pork, and we just gobbled it down before she could get everything on the table!
