Dang, I haven't thought past the quesadilla I just finished....sorry I can't be more fun and interesting.
I am drinking a limoncello blueberry cooler at 3 in the afternoon so I have the potential to get interesting.

oh my god! i haven't even managed to get through planning how to get everything done before we leave for a wedding upstate thursday morning-like a pedciure, laundry et...as every day/night next week is full.

Sa: grilled burgers with port glazed onions and muenster, and potato wedges
Su: baked ham (we do lamb for Easter but I always get jealous of all the hams afterwards, lol), roasted sweet potatoes and spinach salads
M: grilled hot dogs, and baked beans
T: Moe's (quick Mexican restaurant chain)
W: ravioli, marinara from the freezer, steamed broccoli
Th: panko-wheat germ crusted chicken tenders from the freezer, frozen fries, carrots and snap peans
F: out to dinner after I get picked up at the airport
Sa: scalloped ham and potatoes, green beans
Not sure what order but here's what I have so far:
Buffalo Tofu, couscous, corn
Breaded Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, green beans
Country Club Chicken Pasta with salad and garlic bread
Some type of beef tacos with rice

Monday: Healthy Sesame Chicken and Brown Rice
Tuesday: Carne Asada Tacos
Wednesday: Chicken with creamy chive sauce, crash hot potatoes.
Thursday: Bacon, Egg and Asparagus Salad
Friday: Grilled Pizza
Saturday: Catering a private event
