NDR: WTH Weather Channel?
I use their watering need indicator because I sometimes (ok nearly always) need a reminder to turn our irrigation on and off in the summer.
However, it's been raining for the last several days, with substantially more rain than usual falling. And this is what I see today (cropped and edited in paint to eliminate location, ads, and browser stuff):
