Pre-workout breakfast ideas?
I just started back with my trainer after a C-section, and my old pre-workout breakfast isn't cutting it. I've always eaten an Ezekiel English muffin with a bit of coconut oil and natural PB, and sometimes a banana, about 90 minutes before my session. But lately, I am ravenous halfway through.
Any ideas for a more substantial breakfast? I had the same result with oatmeal. I prefer to eat clean, and for my trainer's sake, I avoid dairy before my workout.
