**Update running & Flexibility
I posted few days back that I run every day and have a high endurance, etc, but feel awkward, tight and SUPER unflex during gym workouts/classes.
I have to say by taking some sculpting classes where im required to stretch and use full ROM, im feeling soooooooooo much better and flexible! my long run today was the bests its been in years! 
I hate stretching, and try to avoid it as much as possible, just goes to show you the benefits

clseale, i also got into the habit of doing hot yoga before a race!
just an FYI for the masses: it is very important to never stretch a cold muscle and activate it. so, make sure you never stretch BEFORE you run. dynamic stretching (ie, leg kicks) is OK. my ART therapist is always reminding me of this
