excellent customer service experience @ PB
dh and i decided we wanted another complete set of curtains (4 panels total) that we bought on clearance at PB (silk curtains for 50% off). i wasn't sure they would be there. also, the last time we bought them, there was a free shipping deal going on. well, they had them, but no free shipping (free shipping special for curtains just ended 2-3 days before). dh called customer service and asked if they could possibly still honor the free shipping deal and they did! i can't wait for them to all be here and to have the finished product up and being used!
