Hello again,
I recently asked about seafood recipes, and my husband loved the suggestions I ended up making! Thanks
Now, my obsession is with scones. I love blueberry scones, but I can't seem to find a recipe that doesn't look extremely fatty. Does anyone have a good scone recipe that's maybe a teeny bit healthier? I'm not talking diet food, just something that doesn't look like it's oozing butter out of every delicious crumb? I'd appreciate any recipe, even if it's not blueberry.
Thank you!
Emily
Re: Scones!
Scanning through the 8 scone recipes in my blog, these are the only three that have less than 1 tablespoon of butter or cream in each scone.
grapefruit honey scones
raspberry ricotta scones
pumpkin scones
