Help finding polka dot dress

I'm in a bind & would appreciate any help!  My original bridesmaid dress got butchered by the tailor & is no longer available.  I love the dress below from WHBM but I need black with white polka dots.  I've been searching all weekend without any luck.  

Requirements:
   size 4
   black with white dots
   Summery feel to material.  Thick satin, cotton aren't going to work.
   at or above the knee - no hoochie momma though  
   Under $200
   Prefer sweetheart neckline, or V-neck not a big fan of halters, no sleeves
