NFCU mortgage ?
Ladies-
We are pre approved for a conventional mortgage thru NFCU. However, I'm on maternity leave for the next 9 weeks and my income will only be 60% of what it normally is (and I make the larger income). Anyone have any experience with this particular credit union and maternity leave? I know many larger banks have issues when you can't produce current pay stubs regardless if it's temporary. We have found a house to put an offer in on and am emailing my loan officer now, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this. Thanks.

I will work on the picture, especially since that one of K is about 15+ months old! I lurk a lot, but don't necessarily have a whole lot to contribute because one, we still arent married and two, A is IR now until Jan then done completely, so most of the military stuff applies to me even less now than it did....although I did just apply for a job at a military hospital.....
