Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

ANOTHER Co-Worker Pregnancy!
I was the one who complained the other day about co-workers quitting while they're on maternity leave. On Friday, ANOTHER co-worker announced a pregnancy. My 5th anniversary with the company is in June and this is the 17th pregnancy since I started! And I only work with about 30 people!
What makes this one worse is that she and I are "back ups" when each other is out of the office. Last time she took maternity leave, my bosses literally gave me all of her work. We have the same job, so it basically doubled my work load for 10 weeks. If they expect me to go through that again, we're going to have to have a serious talk. Ugh.
The good part is that she won't be quitting. Or, at least that's what she tells me. She has free (family) child care, so it's "easy" for her to leave the kids to work. She had her 1st a couple of years ago and came back, so I'm like 95% sure she'll come back again.
