Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. ribs: slow cooker + oven??
I've had beef back ribs in the crock pot for the last 8 hours (on program 1, which starts on high and turns down to low for a total of 9 hours...not sure of the ratio of high to low though...). I wanted to pull the ribs out of the slow cooker, brush on some BBQ sauce and finish in the oven.
The slow cooker isn't set to go off for another hour, so I'm getting your best opinion about whether or not I'll screw things up by pulling them early for a finish in the oven.
If I do go that route, how long and at what temp would you put them in the oven??
