Recommendations for faux-wood blind installation?
We have gotten a quote from Next Day Blinds and Blinds to go...any other recommendations?

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
Another vote for DIY.
We got ours from Steve's Blinds http://www.stevesblindsandwallpaper.com
It was very easy to measure and install them.
Ours were actually real wood blinds because they were pretty cheap in comparison to the faux
JCP!
I have real wood because they were the same price as the faux ones on sale. I know JCP pricing has changed but if you check every Friday now, I'm sure you'll hit a sale.
It was so, so easy to intstall. It took H and I like 10 minutes per window with a drill and I have the oddest most random windows ever.
And H and I do enough DIY to keep the house functioning but we're by no means "into it" or "experts" at it. So if we can do it, you can do it too.
