Facebook wall setting question

How do I adjust my settings so that a friend can't see my entire wall (examples: posts, friends posts, tags, etc?) 

I dislike Facebook because they are constantly changing their features so when you Google you find roughly 5-6 pieces of information but unfortunately it's scattered through out the past 5 years and non of it is no longer relevant.

I tried to do this a few weeks ago and couldn't figure it out. All I could find was let all my friends see my wall, or let no one but me see my wall. I know at one point it was possible to block certain people from seeing all that but I don't think it's possible anymore

This is such a weird feature to be lacking.

You can add that friend to a restricted list.  Have you tried that yet?  Go to your privacy settings (top right corner on the arrow), click manage blocking, then add friends to your restricted list (the blue hyperlink says Edit List).

I tried 3 different browsers but that feature must not be working right now. I will try it again tomorrow. That is where I will change the wall settings it seems. Thank you!
