crock pot brown rice recipe?
Does any have an edible brown rice crock pot recipe?
I used this one that I found online and it was pretty gross.
INGREDIENTS:
5 cups water2 cups brown rice
2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir, cover and cook on high for 3 hours without removing lid. You may want to taste the rice and adjust cooking time to suit your taste.

I find that any sort of rice in the crockpot is generally pretty bad.
I use Saveur's method for making brown rice and it's perfect every time. Recently, I made a bunch and froze it in individual batches so I could just micro one of the bags whenever we needed it.
