Small changes, big difference! PIP
I have been lurking on this board lately, trying to get some ideas for our new home. I did just post about getting advice for the family room, but thought I would share some small updates we have made. What a difference wallpaper removal and new paint can make! New we just need to finish decorating the spaces.
All before pics are MLS listing (with sellers stuff) as I never took before pics as we did all the work before we moved in. We used Behr paint, (non-Behr colors were color matched).
First is the office. It was blue marbalized wallpaper. We removed and painted "Ashes" by Behr.
Second is the dining room. It had red "fleur de lys" type wall paper. Also replaced chandelier with something a bit more modern. Paint is "Cypress Grass" by Glidden.
Last is the master bedroom. Removed wallpaper and carpet. Put down pre-finished hardwood in a cherry finish. My memory is lapsing on the paint color, but I believe it is "sterling" by Behr.
