As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Do I have to use sour cream for this?
I want to make this: http://www.verybestbaking.com/recipes/143635/Baked-Potato-Casserole/detail.aspx But I don't have sour cream and I don't wanna buy any if I don't absolutely need it. I don't put it on my baked potatoes anyway, so do you it'd be alright without it?

Nah, I'd just up the milk a little bit or add a bit of regular milk and a bit more cheese.
It will be fine without the sour cream.

I think it'd be totally fine. It looks like a twice-baked potato casserole, basically, and those fillings are pretty forgiving.
I'd use pp's suggestion, or a little cream cheese would work too.
