Wedding shower and wedding dress help
My cousin is getting married and I'm still on maternity leave so I'm hoping what I have will work and be appropriate. If not I will buy something, but if so yay!
Here's a JCrew dress that is not ironed or dry cleaned and is a turquoise color I was planning to wear with a white cardigan but don't know what shoes. I have a nude pair of Cole Haan pumps that are closed toe - would that work? I also have a pair of flat sandals but they are brown and something is telling me that won't work? Links or PIP would be great!
And here is a JCrew dress in a purpleish bluish color - ignore the brown at the bottom - that is another dress behind it. And I will PIP the shoes I have that I thought would work. Let me know what you think!!!
The shoes are silverish but with a hint of a blush to them I think? Hard to describe but they have a little jewel at the toes.
What do you think? The wedding is at 3pm at a church and the reception is at the rec hall at the church. The shower is a couples shower on a Saturday. Both of these are Texas, in June and then July if that matters any. And yes I know I'm planning WAY ahead, but I'd like to know I'm good to go or need to keep my eyes out for other options and give myself plenty of time. Thanks!!!
