My next half is a week from Sunday. I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow. Here is what I am looking at
Sunday (the 15th) 12 miles
Monday- weights
Today- 4 miles with spped work
Wed- weights, travel
Thursday- I want to run, but I have a 1pm meeting and I am unsure if I can get into my hotel room in time to shower before the meeting. (I'm staying at a friends the night before)
Friday- yoga and I know I can run, but what distance should I do?
Sat- ?
Sunday- travel all day
After that I am home. So I am thinking I can do my long-ish run as 8 miles and I don't know if I should try to do it before one of my work meetings while I'm away or wait and do it when I get back on Monday.
