Survivor Mud Run - Sunday
Hi Ladies!
I had to move my heat on my mud run this weekend, since my H finally committed to doing it with me, we do not run until 1:45 on Sunday afternoon. My problem is that I have no idea what to eat and not mess myself up. I have crohn's, so usually I just eat something light (banana w/pb or an english muffin w/pb) wait a while then run; or alternatively run after work (eat a small snack at around 3:00pm at work). But I know I'm going to need more fuel that that to do the obstacles, and the timing is weird. I didn't get moved from my 8:30 timeslot until today, so no real time to train.
Any ideas? I really don't want to spend my entire race in the port o potties!
