...I figured since I stalk all your amazing recipes daily, I should un-lurk myself as well
No blog here. In fact, I am embarrassingly non techy. Maybe soon I can figure out how to get a picture in the profile and maybe even a ticker. I'll feel like a real nestie!
My name is Christina. I live in NJ with my husband of about a year and a half. Only children right now are our cat and dog. We love food! And wine. Ohhh, wine. Over the past year I have gotten the most amazing recipes from you ladies here, and, blog or no blog, I'm happy to share some of my favorites with you!
In fact, to really jump on the bandwagon, I'll post a recipe that I made last night. (disclaimer: I find most of my recipes through google or blogs here...if I know who's it is, I'll absolutely give credit. I don't want to steal anyone's recipes!)
It was about 85 degrees yesterday, and this grill recipe was perfect.

(how do I make things clicky?? I have so much nesting to learn...)
Re: Jumping on the "unlurking" bandwagon...
Hi Christina! Welcome to the board
I'm very happy that the lurkers are coming out to play - we need to get this board going again!
I know you can make things clicky in IE, but not Chrome (my usual browser). I'm pretty sure there is a code - I bet someone will chime in and share!
Hello!
I lived in NJ for a while, my H is from there and so is his family. I miss the diners!
Hi there. Kalyn's Kitchen has a lot of good recipes. :-)
To make something clicky, you can do two things. The first one is to paste the link into the message then highlight it and click on the little chain link icon at the top. Paste the link again into where it says Link Url and hit Insert.
The second way is if you want certain words to be clicky, like The Nest. Highlight the words and follow the steps above.
For a picture, first upload a picture you want to a site like tinypic.com Choose the message board size (320ish I think). Leave the window open with the different codes. On the nest, click on the My Profile link in the brown header, then on the top left, click Edit My Avatar and Sig. Scroll down to where it says My Forums Signature and enter the following:
< img src =" link from tinypic that starts with http: and ends with .jpg" ="300px"> and just remove all the spaces between everything.
