I just had lunch but I'm already excited for dinner. I'm going to make some crispy panko tofu with a big spinach salad and a side of mac and cheeze. Yum!

My husband's aunt died yesterday. She had cancer and had been on hospice for about a week, so it was expected. We have to go to the visitation tonight, so we'll be picking something up. It's really hard to stick to a very strict meal schedule. I swear something comes up everyday.
Ground turkey stuffed peppers. I am looking forward to them, actually!
