Woman in Baltimore is receiving $95,000 as part of a settlement after being roughed up by police, she was 87 at the time!
I was called a betch by my arresting officer during a DUI, so it's not unlikely to me that she would have a similar experience. I wish I had known I could try and press charges against the cop for that, but too late now. Good for her for winning the case, even after locking up an officer in her basement, haha!
