I posted over the weekend that I bought an "InStyler" from Groupon Goods and that it appeared to be fake.
I spoke with customer service at InStyler this morning, and they said that they were "affiliated" with the "fake" product, the Rolling Styler, as in, they have authorized Emson to produce and distribute the Rolling Styler, but that they will not take care of any issues with the product and do not make any guarantees regarding the product.
So, essentially, because they have the patent on the Instyler that hasn't expired yet, they were generous to let someone else in on the deal but don't hold them to any standards with their rendition of the product.
I called Groupon Goods and told them that I was disappointed that it was marketed as an "Instyler" when it obviously is not, and the rep said she would look into it and get back with me. I'm planning on returning it. Why would I pay $60 for a fake product when I could buy 2 real ones from the actual manufacturer's website for $160 and sell one on ebay for $80?
Groupon FAIL.

Re: Update to fake instyler
The only thing I have bought from Groupon Goods is a retro phone hand held you plug into your cell. It did not work.
I'm going to stay away from Groupon Goods until they change their ethics and product quality standards.
I've been buying groupons for years without a problem, but this is the first Groupon Goods I've purchased.
I'm pretty sure it will be my last.
