Know any drag queens?
So, I have pink glitter TOMS and I had to order them a size larger (I wear an 11. No 11 1/2). They fit close to perfect. I ordered purple glitter TOMS in a 12, knowing that's what I had to do for the pink. They are a good half to 3/4 inch longer than the pink ones. Of course, I didn't try them on when I got them (I bought them in January for baseball season) and it's been past the 60 day return window for TOMS. I've checked Nordstrom, but neither one I went to carries that color to do an exchange.
I seriously tend to doubt I'll be able to find anyone who wears an actual size 12 women's to buy these off of me, but they'd be perfect for a guy who wears 10 mens 
Any other better suggestions what to do about this?

If you can't return them, what about donating them to a Women's Shelter? Someone would love and use them at the one my Mom volunteers at weekly. I'd look into that and get a receipt for tax purposes. Most of the women in shelters don't have much if anything since they have to leave their homes suddenly and new stuff always makes someone's day. Plus, I doubt they get many donations in that size which would really help since they would probably otherwise have nothing available to give someone.
