Planned eating/exercise for Thursday

B: cream of wheat, hot tea

L: leftover long grain rice (1.5 servings), carrots, plain Fage Greek yogurt w/1 Splenda

D: Probably out, maybe 1/2 salad split w/DH and 2 slices of pizza, unsweet tea

S1: graham crackers

S2: Granola Bar/Gu on the bike

E: 25 mile very hilly group ride, riding as hard as I can

  • B: Total, Fiber One, Grape Nuts w/ banana in skim milk

    L: Business luncheon, so whatever is served.  Plus a piece of pie (they have the best pecan pie!)

    S: Orange, cottage cheese

    D: Beef stout stew with roasted potatoes, salad, and skim milk.

    Dx: Hypothalamic amenorrhea
    Progesterone to induce period w/ the goal of Clomid - never got period (September 2011). Referred to RE.
    Femera - never responded to the meds (December 2011)
    Clomid with TI - BFN (February 2012)
    Injectables (Menopur) - hyperstimulated/canceled (March 2012)
    Injectables #2 (Menopur) with TI- BFN (May 2012)
    IVF - OHSS (transfer canceled), but 11 frozen! (June 1012)
    FET - 1 transferred on 8/09/12. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): 350.3; Beta#2: 365; Beta#3: 157. Biochemical pregnancy.
    FET # 2 - 1 transferred on 11/01/12. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): 337; Beta#2: 769. BFP!!! 1st ultrasound 11/28/12 showed heartbeat, but measuring 5 days behind. 2nd ultrasound 12/05/12 - miscarriage.
    FET # 3 - 1 transferred on 1/24/13. Beta#1 (11dp5dt): BFN.

    D: Going to our favorite local bar. Said local bar is hosting a Dogfish Head Tap Takeover (22 taps w/ 30 different DFH kegs on rotation, some of which are extremely rare). This is where most of my calories are going today and I am entirely unabashedly anticipating the awesome enjoyment that this evening will bring. We need it. Oh and I'm having one of the bar's signature salads, made w. grilled chicken, roasted corn salsa, tomatoes, and avocados w/ lime cilantro vinaigrette. yurm.

    E: Well I was supposed to ride but my bike has a flat and I'm not confident enough to change it without supervision, so I'm going running instead
