Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Does anyone have Tmobile?

I was playing a game that I had installed on there forever and now it's not there. Then I got to find my Tmobile app store and it says not installed? Has anyone had this problem? Should I just take it to the tmobile store and have them look at it?

  • My phone drops apps all the time, it is very annoying.  If you paid for it, you should be able to download it again without having to pay, but most of the information if not all will probably be lost.

    We are leaving Tmobile today, I can't wait!

  • I can't even access my app store. So I guess I gotta go it and get them to maybe master reset or do something so I can access my app store.

  • I have Tmobile, but I have not had that specific problem.  I did re-boot my phone a few weeks ago and I lost the custom ringtone assignments and had to redo the list...I was really annoyed by that.
  • Is it an android app? Or through amazon marketplace? If it is either one of those you can re-download it for free.

    I don't know that t-mobile has its own app store, but I wouldn't blame it on the service provider. They probably have nothing to do with it.

  • It's an Android phone and it specifically says Tmobile App Store. I have used it before.

  • I love TMobile, but I only use a dumbphone becuase talking/texting is all I need.    I have never had a problem with TMobile service, but I have had nightmares with Sprint and AT&T, so I remain a happy customer.

     

    If I wanted to play video games, it wouldn't be on a tiny screen like that. Stick out tongue

    If you go into setting, go to applications, then manage application, scroll until you find the one that says "market place" and the either clear the catch or uninstall updates you should be able to use market place again. That is what I had to do to my phone because my applications stopped working and I need updated.  I could only get updates from market place and my marketplace wasnt' working. 

    My phone is a pita!

    Thanks. What phone do you have? I have never had problems with Tmobile and they have always given us great service.

  • I have the my touch slide.  I have had it for less than 2 years and it is falling apart, constantly deleting random text messages and recently it deleted all my contacts from both my sim and the phones memory.  The service in our area is not good, I am constanly cutting in and out, dropping calls, ect.  I know other people have great service, but for me it has been the complete opposite.  I do like thier customer service...when my phone works enough to talk to them, but all in all, it is not worth it.

    It sounds like the actual PHONE is the problem, not the TMobile service.

  • It is the service too, they don't have a tower in our area at all.  There have been days were I couldn't use my phone at all because I don't have wifi calling and H does.  I had to use his phones on those days.  If it is cloudy or storming we have cell signal at all.
