Ask your Dr. for pills twice your dosage, and cut each of the pills in half. That way it'll take twice as long for you to go through the prescription AND the pills will be smaller. Obviously mention this to your Dr. beforehand because it will only work with pills that can be cut in half.
yuck, definitely try to chase with something thick or mix it up! I hate it when that taste won't go away, even from something like Nyquil but I can imagine it's much worse with something like that.
I have to do the same exact thing! I can't stand the chalky taste when it hits my tongue or the back of my throat so I have adapted to that same exact method.
