Help meeee (food related)

So I'm hosting this months spouse club meeting, which means I am cooking for probably 15-30ish people. I'm stressing a bit, because most of them have never seen my house and all that jazz. Anyway, does this menu sound ok?

-Steak & chicken kabobs on the grill, some sort of fruit tray (I thought about doing the fruit salsa thing that's all over Pinterest), salad, roasted potatoes, cupcakes and wine (and soda or water for the non drinkers/pregnant ladies)

Are there any vegetarians in the group? If there are, I would do a couple vegetable kabobs. Otherwise it sounds good.

Our spouses club always does a pot luck style so this is different.. but for suggestions of good fingers grabbing foods..

 Is this a full, sit-down style meal? If now, I would avoid the salad or anything that requires forks/knives.. 

I would also reconsider the cupcakes.. they are kinda the typical go-to and you will end up with a TON left.. I think they are more hassle then they are worth..

I usually do something along these lines, and because they are so different they always are eaten up quickly (yay for no leftovers!)

 That's a great point! Just be careful not to grill the veggie kabobs where meat was grilled... They will not be so happy haha

I don't know what fruit salad thing you're talking about, but you could also do the fruit on skewers.  It could be a whole kabob theme and would eliminate people balancing their plates while they're in line trying to scoop food for themselves since it's all grab-n-go.

Are you talking fruit salsa and cinnamon chips? If so I do it often and its really easy. Make your chips head of time though they are time consuming.

And I agree with a veggie option for those who don't eat meat.

I love the baked potato bar idea...or mini pizza bar or taco bar.

I think grilling kabobs sounds like a lot of work for 15-30 people but it's a great idea if you don't mind it.  Ojo's kabob theme idea is fun and smart too-- grilled meat kabobs, grilled vegetable kabobs, fruit kabobs, dessert kabobs!

Thanks for all of the options! The meetings generally vary as far as food goes based on the hostess' cooking abilities. Sometimes its just a casserole sort of thing and a side; December was a full on Christmas dinner.

I figure we're in FL, it's perfect grilling weather, which is where the kabob thing came from.
