As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. The closest I'll get to a D&R purchase this weekend...
...a bathtub for the dogs!
DH, the four dogs and I worked all day yesterday at the booth our dog club has at the big Pet Expo, and the tubs were across the aisle, taunting me....I couldn't resist.
After washing/grooming four dogs on Thursday, I was more than ready to give up the makeshift tub I made from a plastic utility sink on top of some plastic storage bins, inside the guest room bathtub.
My makeshift tub was a great height and has certainly saved my back for the past few years. It would have worked pretty well if it had just been more stable. It didn't fit in the tub with the legs that came with it, so we came up with the base ourselves. The dogs are usually pretty good about getting groomed, but for some reason, one of them kept moving around during her bath and almost tipping the thing over on me. It will be nice to have a nice stable tub and two hands free for a change.
We need to go back tomorrow (without the pups), to shop and help take down the booth. I am hoping to not spend any more on the pups (yeah, right...lol), and save some money for a future art purchase.
