Are the original fish tacos fried or baked? Does anyone have a great recipe for them? Just craving them right now!

We usually grill the fish for fish tacos. We mix 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp cayenne (these are spicy, use less cayenne to make less spicy) and rub this into 1.5-2 lbs of mahi-mahi. We then grill on a medium hot grill until almost done. Place warm fish into tortillas, top with tomatillo salsa and then wrap each tortilla in foil. Place foil packets on the warm grill for 10 minutes. This allows all flavors to meld together.
