Last night DH told me he was hungry all day so I asked him what he ate and here is what he had:
Workout 10k in ~ 39 min
Oatmeal
Bagel cream cheese and coffee
Lean Cuisine Pizza
Yogurt
2 fiber one bars
Crockpot sesame chicken and wild rice
Skinny cow ice cream sandwich
Popcorn
I suggested that he sub out some of the processed foods with more proteins and veggies, but he is convinced that lean cuisine pizzas are the best meal ever. (greats at least one a day)

I hate him.
Also, I agree with you . . . more whole foods. Lean Cuisines leave me hungry 10 minutes after I'm done eating them.

I don't know how he can eat the lean cuisines all the time, I guess too many years as a bachelor.
My DH is the same way. If I didn't make his meals, he's be eating cereal and Lean Cuisins all day long.
