I'm going to a local GTG at a pottery place (all you do is pick a piece and paint it). We're allowed to bring food/drinks. Someone's already bringing wine and I was going to bring a snack/appetizer. Any suggestions of what I should make/bake/bring?

Since it's at a place where you will be listening to an instructor, something that is made into individual pieces sounds best.
I'm thinking pizza rollups, mini quiches, bruschetta, or crab cheese wontons, all which taste good either warm or at room temps.
Bruschetta is good! That way you can keep the toasted bread separate (so it doesn't get soggy) and assemble on site.
I like that.

Something I like to do, that is really easy:
Take a block f cram cheese sprinkle garlic powder or dill on it, wrap it in a pillsberry pizza crust, twisting the sides. go over it with a basting brush with either milk or EVOO then pop in in the oven for 15 min. take it out, pair with crackers and apples, and you get to break through the bread to the cheese! Its fantastic!
and goes well, with wine!
