OMG.  Ridic.  My cousin has pics form her prom posted on FB this weekend.  Her backless pink dress was the most conservative dress!  Insane.

My random: I made the most delicious brioche bread this weekend. I  even broke my diet rules and ate 2 pieces.  But there was SO much butter in the recipe (3 sticks), that it upset my lactose-intolerant belly. *hangs head*

I send the rest of it to work with Scott as to not tempt me any further.

My Random: I love those cows with the big floppy ears. Living in WI, I see cows everyday, but those floppy eared ones just make me happy when I see them. I'm all "awwww they're so cute"... but it's just a cow, so I feel weird about it.

Ugh, and I can't stand all of the hideous patterns. Every prom dress is patterned with cutouts now! My prom dress looked like a less poofy version of Cindrella. Strapless, light blue, A line, sparkles. Have girls really gotten this slutty in the last 10 years? Where are their parents?!

I sent Ames a pic last week from my sorority's Red Dress Gala. My whole family tree (aside from my grand little who I hand picked TYVM) are a buncha hoochies. I don't even think the one girl's hooha was covered by her dress.

Baby farm animals delight me.

When I was little, people would always say, "Don't you want a baby brother or sister?" and I would say, "No but I sure would like a baby cow!"

Going to the farm to visit cows was my weekly treat until I was like 4.

Agreed.  One of the girls who was in my sorority after I left wore a cutout wedding dress.  I only saw the atrocity because her big (my grand little) was a BM but holy crap.

Yes, they have gotten so slutty. Last year, I eas meeting with one of my teens, and she asked if I wanted to see her prom dress. I was thinking she was going to show me a pic on her phone. Nope, she pulled a superslinky dress out of her normal-sized purse. On a side note, I wasn't allowed to go to prom because I got put on social probation and was suspended from school. I had a date, a dress, and everything. I was devestated, but have gotten over it now. If I had been able to go, my parents would have never let me dress in something that revealing.

Aww, that would be awesome. It was my own fault. I got caught drinking on a school trip (student government conference). I did get an awesome wedding though, and my MOh talked about it in the speech---she was with me.

This!  I drive past a farm with wee little lambies and it take all my strength not to pull over and steal one!  I them.
